Submit Your Proposal for the 2025 PaLA Annual Conference Poster Sessions

The 2025 Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) annual conference will take place October 19 -22, 2025 at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, PA. Poster sessions provide the opportunity to engage with other library professionals in an informal, idea-sharing format.

We invite you to submit a proposal for a poster session and share your findings, successful ideas or innovations with colleagues through the use of pictures, graphs and text in poster format.

Several posters are on display during each 60-minute poster period, with you, as the presenter, on hand to fill in the details and answer questions for those viewing your poster. The tone is casual and the mode is highly interactive. The objective is to share information, gather feedback and make connections with others interested in the topic.

The poster sessions will take place on Monday & Tuesday (October 20 & 21) during exhibit no-conflict time and will not compete with other educational sessions.
